I’m Irene, an artist and a mother to two small humans living in Maine. In tiny tendrils I’ll share some of my art, my inspiration, my process of creation, and other somewhat chaotic tales of being a maker, a mother, and a creative explorer.

A bit about me

Growing up I was fortunate to spend much of time outside, exploring the coast of Maine and hiking it’s mountains. This instilled in me a deep love of nature and became my creative inspiration.

A bit playful and imaginative, my art reflects nature and it’s vibrant colors and textures. My inquisitive and somewhat chaotic brain keeps me exploring new ways to create and emboldens me to try new mediums. From painting to sewing, printmaking and collage I simply enjoy the process of creation and trying new things.

Thank you for being here and I hope you’ll subscribe and follow along with me on my creative explorations!

You can find more information and my work on instagram and my website.

cheers! irene
